WAAFAT BIBI SAKINA A.S

This year, on the 13th of Safar (July 2026), the children and staff at Dar ul Muslimeen Orphanage gathered to commemorate the Wafaat of Bibi Sakina (SA). Her legacy holds a deeply special place in our home. As a young child who endured the heartbreaking loss of her father and immense trials, her story reflects profound themes of resilience and patience that resonate intimately with the orphans in our care.

Our observance was marked by reflection, sorrow, and community spirit:

Majlis and Recitations: The children actively participated in a dedicated majlis, reciting elegies and learning about her life and ultimate passing.

Lessons in Resilience: Discussions focused on her unwavering faith and bravery, offering the children powerful moral lessons on facing their own life challenges.

Niyaz (Charity): In the spirit of Islamic remembrance, special meals were prepared and shared among the children, staff, and local community.

Nurturing the spiritual and moral development of our children is just as important as providing physical shelter. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our donors and community whose continued support allows us to maintain these vital religious traditions.
